Wedding Packages

A wedding is one of the most celebrated milestone events in anyone's life.  Let us help successfully plan your wedding day and see that everything runs smoothly.  As a wedding planner, Carolyn will establish a planning timeline and will work with both the bride and groom to choose everything from attire, to ceremony and reception venues, music and food.  She takes responsibility for every aspect of your event, and she will ensure that everything is perfect for you, your family, and your guests on the big day.

Planning for your ritual celebration or corporate event can be stressful and time consuming.  That's where we come in.  Let Carolyn help you achieve success in planning your special event or occasion.  As an event planner, Carolyn will establish a planning timeline and will work with you to choose everything from activities and venues, music and food.  Just like the wedding process, she will take responsibility for every aspect of any event, and she will ensure that everything is as you want it.

  • How are payments handled?
    We spread payments out over the length of time leading up to the wedding. Here is an example of a possible fee schedule: $200.00 at Booking $200.00 June 1st $200.00 July 1st $200.00 August 1st $200.00 September 1st $200.00 October 11th (Day of Event) Please note that we request ACH for direct deposit.
  • Are consultations free?
    Yes. Quotes and consultation are always free and sent via e-mail. We like to start with a phone call first to get to know you and learn what your needs are. Then, we can book a consultation either via virtual or we can meet someplace local that's convenient for both parties.
  • How will we communicate?
    We try to be available as much as possible. You can text or call Carolyn as well as e-mail or Facebook messenger her! Email and texting are preferred.
  • What does a commitment mean exactly?
    Generally, before I provide any type of service including wedding or event advice, I ask that the client make commitment to my services and to pay the booking fee. This is after we chat, consult and you approve your custom quote.
  • What determines your package price range? You have $4000-5000 for Blissful Bride for example.
    The packages are based on the estimated time from the booking to the day of the event. We will determine this at our consultation meeting.
  • What types of events do you plan other than weddings?
